THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY THE QUICKEST AND MOST RELIABLE METHOD OF DELIVERY.


Signature Confirmation, unless waived, is included in your shipping charges. This is due to an increase in package theft. Please notify us if you do not need a signature confirmation and you are willing to accept responsibility for delivery.

The priority shipping rates quoted on this site do not account for the use of flat rate boxes. If we can save you money by using flat rate boxes we will refund the difference to you. We do charge a small handling fee to defray packaging cost. This is included in your shipping quote.

To make alternative arrangements for delivery you may email or call us.  All local and state taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please set your email filters so that our emails can be received. You will need to add billrich.com to your list of accepted email domains.


International Customers:
