Bill Rich, a retired mechanic from Portland, Oregon, endured years of agonizing pain after surviving a fiery car accident in 1970. Severe burns, extensive skin grafts, and keloid scarring left him in constant discomfort, with unbearable pain in his knees and ankles that often brought him to the brink of collapse. Despite six months of medical treatment, relief remained out of reach.

In 1987, a veterinarian recommended he try MSM, a supplement commonly used for horses. Within just three days of taking it, most of his knee and ankle pain had disappeared. Inspired by this remarkable transformation, Bill developed the first-ever MSM-based lotion to apply directly to the skin. Over time, the deep purple scarring he had lived with for years began to fade significantly.

MSM’s life-changing effects inspired Bill to create a product line dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health, both inside and out. His nephew, Gavin Rich, deeply passionate about his uncle’s work, has committed to continuing his legacy by supporting others on their journey to wellness.
